The Resort features two types of accommodations, Beach Front Hotel Suites and Sea Villas.

Beach Front Hotel Suites consist of 84 units of sea and garden view suites. Spacious rooms ranging from 36 sqm to 63 sqm with full room amenities, chaise loungue (pangkin) and kitchenette facilities are available.

The 78 rooms/units of Sea Villas built on stilts with typical Malay Architectural Design consist of 1-Bedroom, 2-Bedroom, 3-Bedroom Premier Villa and a Presidential Suite. Each unit comes with private balcony, kitchenette facilities and full room amenities. They are built within a sanctuary of calm waters protected from the open sea by a breakwater.

•	Resort does not provide any extra or rollaway bed. However, there is a day use bed or “Pangkin/Chaise Longue” is available in all rooms at Beach Front Hotel Suites.
•	3rd person is chargeable at RM110.00 nett per bed per night with 1 breakfast.
•	Child 3 to 12 years are chargeable at RM80.00 nett per night.
•	Third person and child surcharge is not applicable to Premier Sea Villa and Villa Sri Andaman.
•	Maximum occupancy per room is 03 adults or 02 adults + 02 children(below 2 years) sharing one room using existing bedding.
•	Check-in time is 1500 hrs.
•	Check-out time is 1200 hrs.
•	Rates are applicable to Local and Overseas market alike.

•	Payment by US Dollar only to be made either by bank draft, telegraphic transmissions (TT) or credit/charge cards forty five (45) days prior to arrival. The exchange rates is USD=RM3.762
•	For local transaction, payments to be made either by company cheque, cash on-line or credit/charge cards.
•	Foreign currency will be converted at the point of payment according to the prevailing exchange rate.
•	All deposit paid is non-refundable.
•	No refund in part or full will be made after full payment received including NO SHOW on the arrival date and early departure.
•	The Resort reserve the right to pull back all NO SHOW room after 1800 hrs on the arrival date unless advance written notice is provided.
•	Late check-out till 1400 hrs is on request basis and subject to availability. Otherwise a day use rate of 50% of all room categories as offered will be imposed to a maximum stay until 1800 hrs.
•	Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
•	Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night’s charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort’s bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.
•	During Christmas and New Year Eve, guests are required to join in the Resort Compulsory Dinners of which the rates and menus are to be advised.

01 to 07 days prior to arrival date : full cancellation of total room nights booked.

08 to 14 days prior to arrival date : 50% of total room nights booked.

15 to 31 days prior to arrival date : 01 night cancellation charge.
